Randy Benning is a California Native and has been a resident of Solano County for over 20 years. He is married with four children.
Randy is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and the President of Benning Financial Group, LLC, located in Fairfield. His firm focuses on investment management, financial, retirement & estate planning. Randy has been a Financial Planner in the Bay Area for over 19 years. He is also a member of the San Francisco Estate Planning Council.
Within our community, Randy has served on the Board of Directors for Mt. Diablo NAIFA and in various capacities for Boy Scouts of America and Friends of Scouting. He is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

The Rev. Lucretia Jevne has been active with the Interfaith Council since 2001. She served one year as Vice-President and is currently serving as Board Secretary. She is on the board of the Episcopal Community Services (ECS) in the Episcopal Diocese of Northern California and currently serves as its President. She is currently serving as the Interim Pastor of Trinity Episcopal Church in Sonoma, California and have also served as Interim of Grace Episcopal Church in Fairfield

Pamela Winston Bertani is a patent lawyer and litigator. Ms. Bertani has solid experience drafting, prosecuting and managing patent, trademark and copyright submissions before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Library of Congress. In 2007, Governor Schwarzenegger appointed Ms. Bertani to the California Commission on Uniform State Laws and she continues to serve as a California Commissioner. In addition, Ms. Bertani works as a youth mentor and teaches a life-skills course curriculum at the Heather House Shelter in Fairfield, California.
Ms. Bertani’s husband, Pastor Todd Bertani, is Senior Pastor at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Fairfield, California. Todd and Pam have two fantastic children, Tyler and Dylan, who both attend Rolling Hills Elementary School in Fairfield, California.

Elaine Clark is a California native and a 28-year resident of Fairfield. She has been married to Paul for 30 years and together they raised a son, Michael who is currently attending college at UC Irvine. Elaine has held various positions in the communications field, most recently working for Emmis Communications. Elaine's business focus includes sales and marketing, sponsorship valuation, cause marketing, and management coaching. A sought-out speaker, Elaine has spoken at the Radio Advertising Bureau's Managing Sales Conference, National Association of Broadcasters, and many regional conferences focusing on alternative revenue streams and creating targeted messages using new media. Elaine and Paul attend the United Church of Christ First Samoan & Suisun Congregational in downtown Suisun.

Harinder Grewal is a retired Chief Manager of Marketing Operations from MarkFed Corporation located in Punjab, India. Harinder focused much of his career with developing and marketing new products as well as strategically marketing existing product lines. After retiring, Harinder has settled in Fairfield with his family. He is enjoying the day to day duties of being a very active grandfather. As well, Harinder is a follower of the Sikh Religion and regularly attends prayer services at the Guru Nanak Sikh Temple located at Rockville Road in Fairfield.

Theresa Huzel was born and raised in Fairfield and returned here in 1994 to raise her family. As a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel parish, she has taught religious education classes and served on a joint Social Justice Committee with members from Holy Spirit Parish.
Theresa teaches 5th grade at Nelda Mundy Elementary in Fairfield.

Reverand Cavanagh is an Episcopal priest and chaplain retired from the V.A. hospital system. His past ministry focus has been with psychiatric patients, substance abuse treatment programs, and healthcare for homeless veterans. After retirement, Reverend Cavanagh served as Interim Rector at Grace Episcopal Church in Fairfield and St. John’s Episcopal Church in Antelope. He is now non stipendiary Associate at Grace Episcopal Church in Fairfield.

Linda Mahoney has been the Executive Director of the Interfaith Council since it began in 1999. She holds a B.S. in Social Work from Brigham Young University. She is a Board Member of the Solano VOAD group and a past Board Member of the Suisun Marsh Natural History Association. Residing in Fairfield for the past 27 years with her husband Jim, she has 4 children and 3 grandchildren.
